Join Susannah Gold, Italian Wine Ambassador, as we taste through wines that will show the diversity of Italy's wine regions. Together we will taste three red wines made from what are called Italy's "Noble Red Grapes." The three wines will be made from Nebbiolo, Sangiovese, and Aglianico, respectively separating Italy into three macro areas: Northern Italy, Central Italy and Southern Italy.

All you need is a clean wine glass, a thirst for knowledge and a desire to travel virtually to "Il Bel Paese" as Italy's known throughout the world. We'll be tasting the following wines:

  1. Valtellina Superiore - Costa Bassa "Valgella", Sandro Fay - 2016 - Nebbiolo, Northern Italy
  2. Fèlsina Chianti Classico - 2017 -  Sangiovese, Central Italy
  3. Aglianico "Donnaluna, De Conciliis - 2017 - Aglianico, Southern Italy

Please note Members must source the wines themselves and The Club cannot order the wines for you.
