Members can sponsor guests and room blocks. Charges are posted to the Member account and guests can pay with a credit card at departure. Non-Member room rates will apply.

Overnight accommodations are available for use by Club Members and their guests. Requests for overnight accommodations will be booked in the order in which they are received. Reservations are assigned a reservation number at the time of booking.

Guests sponsored by a Member must provide a credit card when booking a reservation.

Charges not paid for by the guest upon check-out will be transferred to the Member's account at the end of the month.

Cancellations & Changes

If you are unable to use a reservation, please cancel promptly.

Reservations not cancelled by 4:00PM on the date prior to scheduled arrival will be billed in full.

Please obtain a cancellation number, or your room will not be considered cancelled.
