This forum will be hosted by Steven Gargano who has over 20 years of experience in financial services, product development, workflow optimization, operations, customer experience, and financial technology.  He has served as CFO, COO, Head of Risk, and Head of Customer Support for public, private, and multi-national companies with offices across the country and world.  He has given keynote speeches on leadership at various executive conferences and has served on panels sharing experiences on client service best practices. 

Steven is a Dyson School Graduate and serves on the board of Cornell University's College of Business, and the Dyson School Advisory Council. Steven is also a member of the Cornell Club's Activities Committee. Mr. Gargano is also a graduate of Harvard Business School.
