Private Delhi Art Gallery Tour
Join members of the Penn Club at the Delhi Art Gallery, India's preeminent gallery devoted to modern and contemporary works by Indian masters, with two locations in New Delhi and one in Mumbai, has recently opened a stunning 7,000 square foot space in New York in the landmark Fuller Building on 57th Street.
The gallery’s inaugural exhibition, INDIA MODERN: Narratives from 20th century Indian art, features 80+ artworks by India's most significant modernists such as FN Souza, MF Husain, SH Raza, Manjit Bawa, Ram Kumar, Akbar Padamsee, Avinash Chandra and GR Santosh and provides a fascinating and stunning overview and introduction to Indian 20th century art, an important category and market that is gaining exposure and interest worldwide.
