Donald Trump is wasting no time trying to remake the nation and the world in his image in his second term in the White House. Looming over his quest is whether he learned any lessons from his tumultuous first term or if the same problems will bedevil him this time around.

Trump has issued a barrage of directives on an array of topics, from rooting out dissenters from the federal workforce to eliminating diversity efforts, pulling the US out of international institutions and using leverage to gain concessions from American allies.

Bloomberg White House editor Jordan Fabian will examine Trump's actions thus far and preview what's ahead as the president's term speeds toward the 100-day mark.

Jordan Fabian is a veteran political journalist working as a White House editor for Bloomberg News. In more than 15 years covering Washington, Fabian has covered three presidents, Congress and campaigns, currently with a focus on the intersection of government and business. He interviewed Presidents Donald Trump and Barack Obama at the White House, traveled abroad on Air Force One to more than half a dozen countries and accompanied Vice President Mike Pence on an unannounced visit to Iraq.

Prior to joining Bloomberg, he worked for The Hill and Univision News. Jordan has appeared on CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, Bloomberg Television, BBC, CBS, NPR, ESPN and SiriusXM Radio. He graduated with honors from Cornell University in 2009
