Join The Cornell Club for an unforgettable evening with a special pairing dinner featuring Aberfeldy Scotch Whisky. The tasting will be led by Holly Seidewand, U.S. brand ambassador for the John Dewar & Sons variety of single malts from Scotland.

Aberfeldy Distillery is the home of the highly-acclaimed Aberfeldy 12 and Aberfeldy 21 single malt Scotch Whisky. The distillery is located where Perthshire's highest mountain, deepest loch, and longest glen meet, and is historically and geographically the 'Heart of Scotland'.

Aberfeldy single malt Scotch has naturally occurring honey notes which led to many cocktails across the country utilizing Aberfeldy & honey. As Aberfeldy researched honey, they found it was one of the least FDA regulated food groups and finding true, local honey is quite difficult. They have partnered with a NYS apiary to support this small business and educate consumers and trade on how to source local honey without any additives.

During the dinner, attendees will taste the following honey from Tremlay Apiaries:

Linden Honey
Goldenrod Honey
Japanese Knotweed Honey
