THE CORNELL CLUB - NEW YORK , 6 EAST 44TH STREET, NEW YORK, NY 10017, 212.986.0300, WWW.CORNELLCLUBNYC .COM CLUB HIGHLIGHTS THE CORNELL CLUB - NEW YORK , 6 EAST 44TH STREET, NEW YORK, NY 10017, 212.986.0300, WWW.CORNELLCLUBNYC .COM DINING The Club offers a choice of dining in two dining rooms, The Big Red Tap & Grill, and The Cayuga Room, each with its own distinctive menus and ambiance. The Club’s culinary team is led by Executive Chef and CIA Fellow Michael Rizzo. We encourage you to visit the dining section of the website to view our menus, and hope you’ll dine with us soon! This year was especially exciting for Chef Rizzo as he took home the prize for “Best Sauce” at the Interclub Grill Wars held in May! It is always fun when Chef can return to the Culinary Institute of America, and a sold out tour and luncheon with Members is a highlight of the club calendar. Members look to the Cayuga Room for formal dining, power lunches, and celebrations served with style. In addition to the monthly sustainable menu, we feature Lobster Night on Wednesdays and Steak Night on Thursdays. In late spring, the Food and Beverage team officially introduced Prime Steak Night. The menu now exclusively features Prime Cuts of your favorite cuts. Our seasonal menus offer Members the opportunity to indulge in Chef’s seasonal selections while still relying on club classics. Interested in trying something new? Join us for monthly roll out menus and sample fare from the Tap & Grill and Cayuga Room menus! MEETINGS & EVENTS With five private rooms, exceptional seasonal menus, and an impressive list of vetted vendors, our Meetings & Events team work with Members, their sponsored guests, and colleagues to host social and business functions at The Club.
