Rabbit Mary • 1 1/2 ounce Absolute vodka • 3 ounce carrot juice • 1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice • 1/2 ounce honey water (honey/water equal part) • 1 teaspoon pickle juice Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Beet Booster • 2 ounce Ketel One vodka • 1 ounce fresh beet juice • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice • 6 mint leaves • Prosecco Add all ingredients except prosecco into a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Top with Prosecco. Serve in a rocks glass over (crushed) ice. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
