Very cool... literally! • Matt Ranieri ’06, MS ’09, PhD ’13, a food science and dairy technology expert, led The Science & Art of Cheese Lecture and Brunch in February 2018. Matt spearheaded a partnership with Murray’s Cheese to create the exclusive, Cornell- produced clothbound “Stockinghall Cheddar” • Did you know Murray’s also has a store at Grand Central Market just two blocks away from The Cornell Club? oldest cheese shop in New York City, founded by Murray Greenberg.
