BRK Program Edition

Our culinary team provides Members and guests with seasonal creations served in our two dining rooms and five private event rooms. They are also the stars of our special programs where in partnership with our Program Committee and Program Department, Members are treated to an array of culinary adventures! In this issue we’ve invited some of our favorite vendors to share their recipes with us. We also highlight some of our most popular events, and take a bow with our award winning BBQ Sauce! With 30 years of programs, we certainly had a lot of fun reminiscing and trying some recipes and drinks at home! We hope you enjoy Big Red Kitchen: Special Programs Edition. You can be assured that we are not only working on a future issue (think ultimate brunch guide!) but developing ideas for new programs that will treat members near and far with memorable culinary experiences.
