Club Members are invited for a private tour and luncheon at the world’s premier culinary college, the CIA. The Cornell Club’s own Chef Michael Rizzo, The Yale Club’s Chef Charles Kehrli, and The Princeton Club’s Chef Michael Bourquin, all CIA graduates, will join Cornell, Yale, and Princeton Club Members on a tour of the 170 acre campus and lunch at American Bounty Restaurant. Some of the world’s most famous Chefs were educated at the CIA, including: Anthony Bourdain, David Burke, Todd English, Cat Cora, Michael Chiarello, and Grant Achatz. As a true not-for-profit college, the CIA mission is to provide the world’s best professional culinary education; students choose the CIA for gold-standard education programs, expert faculty, world class facilities, and outstanding career opportunities.

$60 per person includes the tour, lunch, tax and gratuity. Members are encouraged to find their own transportation to Hyde Park (the Metro North is ideal). The Program Department is happy to provide Members with driving directions or a Metro North schedule. 10:15am tour, 11:30am luncheon. Advance reservations are required by Thursday, June 14th, at which point they are considered final sale.
