Marking the 30th Anniversary of Andy Warhol's Death and the 50th Anniversary of the Death of Edward Hopper

New York, many argue, took over as the art capital of the world in the 20th century. Join us after work on this walking tour during the cooler early evening hours, as we see the Greenwich Village locations where some of art history's greatest modern masters lived, worked and created. We'll also observe some of the finest examples of public art in the area. Stops include Andy Warhol's Factory,  the studio of Edward Hopper, the homes of Jackson Pollock and Diane Arbus, sites associated with John Sloan and Andre Kertesz, and some fine examples of the public art of Pablo Picasso and Keith Haring. Please note on this tour we are marking the 50th anniversary of the death of Edward Hopper and the 30th Anniversary of the death of Andy Warhol and the 50th anniversary of the passing of Edward Hopper.
