OOOOO A Platinum Club of America ® Dear Members, In December 2019, The Cornell Club-New York will kick-off our 30 th year at the 6 th East 44 th Street location, and we are very excited ! The Board of Directors, in partnership with the management team, would like to thank you for your feedback, both in conversations with our staff and in formal surveys. We have taken this year to review survey results and trends in the club industry in order to implement aspirational capital projects. We are pleased to introduce five initiatives that will enhance your Club experience: 1. Club Membership will now include complimentary access to the Health & Fitness Center 2. Select program events will be offered to Members via livestream 3. The Cayuga Dining Room (2 nd floor dining room) will be refurbished; a bright and polished new look will be presented in September 2019 4. The A.D. White Room (3 rd floor library) will be a quiet work space from 11:00am-5:00pm 5. Members wishing to conduct informal or telecom meetings will have the option to reserve Studio Guest Rooms at a discounted rate for short periods of time A highlight of club membership is our reciprocal club network . With seven new city and country clubs added this year, Members enjoy the amenities of a private club when traveling for business and pleasure. From reciprocal clubs and livestreaming of events, workouts and wellness, and fine dining and work sanctuaries, The Club is the place to belong ! The Club’s annual external audit, performed by the auditing firm Condon O’Meara, McGinty & Donnelly LLP, found that The Club is fiscally sound with no assessments or financing, while offering membership dues that are the lowest among peer City Clubs.
