Spirits Dinner Hosted by Finger Lakes Distilling

Friday, January 20th | 6:00pm

Finger Lakes Distilling is a New York State Farm Distillery, overlooking beautiful Seneca Lake from a hillside in the heart of New York State’s wine country. They use locally grown fruits and grains to produce a range of high-quality, handmade spirits. The people behind Finger Lakes Distilling are as unique as the spirits they offer. What happens when a former bank vice president from upstate New York (Brian McKenzie ’97) and a Southern Alabama farm boy (Thomas Earl McKenzie) team up to start a distillery? Well, as that Alabama farm boy would say, “You’re fixin’ to find out.” Join us at this evening’s dinner as we pair the award winning spirits of Finger Lakes Distilling with a fantastic menu designed by Chef Michael Rizzo and his culinary team.
