Each of the Club’s 48 overnight guest rooms offer many comforts and services such as: private bath with plush towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, heating and A/C controls, analog phone lines with voice-mail, daily maid service and laundry. Our Ivy League infused bedrooms incorporate luxurious traditional linens with sleek accessories such as flat panel HD televisions, iHome alarm clock radios, complimentary DSL or wireless internet access and Keurig single-cup coffee and tea makers.

To make your journey to and from The Cornell Club-New York easier we have made arrangements for valet car service and discounted self-parking; additionally the Campus-to-Campus bus service travels to and from Cornell University daily.

Our Front Desk’s Guest Service Agents are committed to providing you with excellent service and can be reached for overnight bookings, requests or questions at our The Club’s Front Desk between 7am and 11pm or at 212.986.0300 24-hours a day.

Reservations are assigned a reservation number which should be referred to when requesting any changes. Guests sponsored by a Club Member must provide a credit card when booking a reservation. Charges not paid for by the guest upon check-out will be transferred to the Member’s account at the end of the month. See House Rules for additional information concerning cancellations and check in/out times.

Details:

• All rooms include a complimentary buffet breakfast served in the Cayuga Room.
• There is a $20 additional charge per person exceeding double occupancy.
• Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 12noon.
• Roll-away beds are available on a first-come first-served basis.

Reservations

Overnight accommodations are available for use by Members and guests of Members of The Club. Each request for overnight accommodations will be filled in the order in which it is received. Be sure to receive a reservation number and confirmation email at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to use your reservation please cancel promptly. Reservations not cancelled by 4:00pm on the date prior to scheduled arrival will be billed. Make certain to obtain a cancellation number, or your room will not be considered cancelled.
